The puzzles were a lot of fun to solve! They were just about the right level of difficulty -- it kept us occupied for a couple of days. What fun!
A C.
Great experience! Very fun & impossible to stop playing! Story is exciting but immersive play is perfect amount of a challenge….Cannot wait for next one!j
Jackie P.
Had a great time flogging through the clues!
Gregory P.
It was different than the first game, which was good. Fun time.
Geoff R.
Super fun. Can’t wait for more to be in stock!
Adam H.
We're big into puzzles, and finding something with a plot that we can do together is always a thing. These games are perfect, I hope you keep expanding the lines.
Linda J.
It is great fun and the puzzles are very challenging. Love it!
Carl S.
Really enjoyable night in with family going through and solving the puzzles.
Caroline M.
Loved this more than the first!
Jeremy A.
Loved the logic puzzles!
Chris
The chase is on ..... Family fun
Amy L.
Very hard; if it wasn’t for the hints we would have never made it! Excited for Origins and Ends!!
Steve M.
We haven't got all the way through it yet but we love this series!
Donna D.
Played with our son loved it
Michelle T.
We are still completing section two. The puzzling is quite challenging and we just didn't have the time to finish in one sitting. We all love the game and the puzzles. The packaging of the games are very clever and we are enjoying this immensely! Already planning on completing the series.
Carol P.
Fantastic game! Great story and really well-constructed puzzles that were fun to solve and just challenging enough without being frustrating. Looking forward the the conclusion of the trilogy!
Barb G.
Engaging, clever, and challenging. I thoroughly enjoyed this as I did Blackbrim, and can't wait to play the series finale! The puzzles are well formulated, the online resources are great (check out the suggested playlists, they set the mood so well). I did some puzzles solo, some with my hubby. It would lend itself well to a game night - like a private escape room.
Amaya W.
We loved this game! I especially enjoyed Part II. It was fun to figure out how all of the games were put together and I feel like I'm getting into a rhythm. Thank you for creating these awesome puzzles and I hope your business is very successful as I really appreciate what you do!!
Robin
Reager's Return was simultaneously easy and difficult. In the first game, Blackbrim, we each solved a puzzle individually. Reager's Return encouraged a team approach, and bouncing ideas off of each other helped get through some tricky spots (so did the extra clues!)
Thanks for putting together great puzzle combinations and an intriguing story line. Looking forward to the final chapter.
Jesse L.
These games are fantastic. Real brain benders that require you to think outside of the box. Create more games like these and please don’t ever make them easy! They are like having an escape room put into a box as a game. A great and fun time. Each part has taken us about 4 hours to play.
Annette S.
We like the second even better than the first and we really enjoyed the first. Keep up the good work.
Jean J.
Some of the puzzles were pretty hard, good thing there were hints!!
Ted C.
Really enjoy the games. Sometimes I feel like we have to rely on the online hints more than I would prefer, but so far in Reager Parts I and II we have not found ourselves completely stuck or feel like any of the puzzles were unfair. Great fun for our family!
Candy Gohn a.
We took this on a family trip to Baja over Christmas, and it was SO much fun. Great story, and a wonderful variation of clues to play to all sorts of strengths. We’re definitely planning on at least one Puzzling Pursuits mystery per vacation from now on.
Lisa P.
Challenging, but not impossible puzzles. Lots of fun when it finally “clicks”
Elizabeth M.
These games are so fun!! We used the extra clues, but they're nice hints without giving away the answers. The extra clues still make you feel like you did it by yourself. I hope they make another trilogy soon!!
Levi M.
The second part of the story continues in an awesome way. Again the puzzles were unique and not repeated even from the first part. One of the puzzles confused my wife and I even with the extra clues so that was a bummer. The overall experience was fun and thought provoking. I would highly recommend this story line. I ordered the third part and am looking forward to it getting here.
MAUREEN N.
Commented on the1st one for both… daughters n son in laws loved it.. they said 2nd was challenging… guess they or I will b getting the 3rd
Jessica K.
We had a great time playing!
Julie B.
Played it the day after playing the original one. Just as fun! Great job!
Emma G.
The second one was amazing!!!
D. C.
These puzzling pursuit games are the best games I have ever played. Please keep making them. I now have 3 of the games and plan to purchase more.
Lucy K.
The Widow's Enigma was disproportionately difficult compared to the other puzzles. We used many hints on that puzzle and still didn't really understand the clues in the instructions. Otherwise the rest of the puzzles were enjoyable.
Erin S.
We thought the second of this series was easier than the first, which we appreciated. We were missing a piece but were so relieved to be able to find a printable online!
Kristine W.
Wow, I have only gotten through part 1 and it is a lot of fun, different puzzles and out of the box thinking. Really want to add to my collection of this type of puzzles/crime solving.
Jeff P.
Great game for a group. It takes all kinds of brains.
Elisabeth W.
Have played and finished the whole Reager series! Absolutely loved them all! Getting ready to order the first two of the next series!!
Esther Benny Chaim R.
Tons of fun. Lots of word puzzles, which pleased some of us more than others.
Jackson B.
Incredibly fun and entertaining. None of the puzzles felt like they were stretches to find the solution, and even though you could brute force some of the solutions in a pinch, it still felt rewarding to go back and figure out the correct way to discover the answer.
M Q.
I really had a great time with this puzzle. They were challenging and sometimes I'd get stuck for a bit but I was always enjoying myself and figured them out eventually. The material included is well made and fun to work with. The story is interesting and sets up a good ambiance -- I definitely stayed up too late working on this because I always wanted to know what came next! This is the second puzzle I've bought (the first being Blackbrim) and I loved them both!
Megan J.
I greatly enjoyed playing with my grandfather and mother. Lots of fun and challenging
David P.
So fun! Perfect for a party for my 16 year old and her friends. Able to keep it in order and let others reuse it. If they make another, we are buying right away!
Bonnie B.
I loved this game! I've always enjoyed solving puzzles and this game is both challenging and fun. I found that it works best to have different thoughts on how to approach the clues, and it often takes more than one type of approach to solve it. Teamwork is the key to this mystery!
Lisa
Love this series! My brothers and I really enjoy completing these puzzles together. We love the variation in puzzles and the fact that each of us can bring our skills to bear. I also want to mention that the customer support team has been fantastic every time we’ve spoken with them. Keep up the great work and keep churning out new content because we can’t get enough!
Marj M.
We have enjoyed it. I wouldn't have been able to complete it on my own, but each of us was able to a part the others couldn't. So it has been fun.
Dottie L.
I hope to play all the games. Please keep them coming
Brittney P.
Such a fun game night with friends!
Vicky R.
My husband and I have played all of your games through this Covid time. We like the challenge of the games, just enough parts to keep us going and enough challenge to make us really work hard. I’m sorry I can’t remember which parts of part 2 were a pretty big intuitive leap! It was fun to revisit the themes of the first games.
Lisa W.
I love the story line, the complexity, the creativity, the professional materials - challenging yet so much fun! The clue system is awesome when you are in a pinch too, not too much to give it away but enough to give you a nudge in the right direction. Can't wait for more, thanks!
Jack H.
Incredible diverse puzzles. Couldn't recommend further.
Phylicia C.
Loved that the puzzles were challenging!
Kari R.
Very enjoyable - I had to use a lot of hints and I do these games a lot. I absolutely love logic puzzles- they are my favorite. But I felt it was not clear how to categorize the four types of apothecary inventory. It requires googling which causes extra unnecessary time
Taylor
Great date night in activity!
Thomas H.
Fun puzzles. Challenging but not impossible. Great time
John S.
This was a lot of fun! We liked that we had items we got to use multiple times for different puzzles.
The visuals were more engaging in the first game, but we liked that this one was not heavily reliant on Googling information to solve puzzles.
Ami C.
Great for a small group! We spent a lot more than the recommended amount of time because we wanted to try it without any hints. Very fun and a creative way to spend time with family or friends!
Joseph P.
These games are the best?
Julie A.
Great job on this game! It was so challenging and so much fun! Can't wait to see what you all do next!!!!
Beth W.
The game was challenging and fun. It was a great way to spend a wintery afternoon
Taylor C.
We enjoyed this one more than the 1st Blackbrim.
Michele F.
We loved playing, and definitely needed the clues posted on the website!
Patricia W.
The improvements made to the quality of the product since Blackbrim are very good. Very challenging.
meredith w.
loved this game - and customer service was SPECTACULAR! thank you again for another lovely evening!
Saul K.
Puzzles are well thought out. It is a little hard sometimes with the little information provided to know exactly what to do.
Phoebe C.
It was epic. Please make more! We’ve already ordered La Famiglia and it’s sequel
Edward K.
Simply fantastic. Marvelous cryptic play; challenging, requiring a broad spectrum of inventive abstract thought to weave one's way down the path to Reager.
Stacy N.
This is our Christmas Day tradition now. It's a great way to enjoy quality family time together.
Joey M.
All of the puzzles were great! There was only one thing that disappointed us, but due to being a possible spoiler, we cannot reveal what it was. Suffice it to say, it was not a deal breaker in any way.
Arthur G.
6 adults worked on it together. Took about 7 hours without hints. This was our third puzzle.
Evan K.
We loved it! Looking forward to reagers next challenge
Janet R.
Great fun! Just as good as the first one - plenty of new challenges and so clever. Our family of parents and two adult children were entertained for several hours.
Philip S.
We've played every single Puzzling Pursuits game so far. Reager's Return goes unfortunately the way of most companies as they become successful -- they start cutting costs instead of boosting value. The contents within have gotten distinctly cheaper -- basically all paper, with perhaps a change in fonts between one printout vs. another, with a different RGB value representing different "paper." The puzzles themselves are still interesting, and are relatively straightforward (meaning this series isn't for the serious puzzler); but when you consider the cost you're paying for an increasingly was-this-manufactured-in-another-country feel, you need to make your own decisions about whether it's worth it after all.
Jeremy D.
Reager's Return was a lot of fun and very challenging for my wife and I. Keep up the great work! We want to see more games like that.
Greg B.
I got the first one as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. When I saw the sequel released it will again be a Christmas gift for her. She was super excited telling me about the sequel, not knowing I had already purchased it. Thanks for making my daughters day!!
Linda C.
Reager's Return offers an afternoon of challenging puzzles and a race to thwart a devious criminal mind. Be sure your thinking cap is firmly placed, because you will need it. Will you finally capture Reagan? Play and see.
Kathleen S.
Loved first one. Bought this for then for Christmas.
Yuri G.
Awesome family fun!
Joshua L.
My friends and I really enjoyed playing Blackbrim, so we had high expectations going into Reager's Return. I'm happy to report back that we loved it! There was a lot of new ingenuity in the game. We enjoyed that there was even more plot to this game. Every time we solved a puzzle, we got additional information, which made the game more immersive and fun. We also liked that there was more crossover between Parts 1 and 2. We also liked the twist at the end. Can't wait for more!
Helen G.
We were wondering if the game would be very similar to blackbrim since it is a sequel. But there is a ton of new stuff in Reager's return, lots of super interesting puzzles and materials. We love puzzling pursuits games!!!
