Shipping cost
Contiguous US. Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Under $60, standard shipping is $6.95. Any order can be upgraded to expedited for $16.95.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Free shipping on orders of $90 or more. Under $90, shipping is a flat $19.95.
International. Flat-rate shipping to Canada and the UK for $15, and to Norway, Singapore and Australia for $20. Note that for non-US countries, you may need to pay a customs duty before you are able to receive your shipment.
The rates above are what checkout charges. If anything here ever disagrees with the total in your cart, the cart is the one to trust, and we would be grateful if you told us at support@puzzlingpursuits.com.
Shipping times
Orders are generally shipped out one business day after the order is placed. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Shipping times begin once the order has been shipped.
Standard shipping times are based on your location. The estimated time will be noted on the product page, as well as in the checkout flow. If no estimate is given, the guidelines below can be followed.
Contiguous US destinations:
- Standard: 3-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-4 business days
Everywhere else:
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: 1-3 weeks
- Canada, the UK and Norway: 1-4 weeks
- Singapore and Australia: 2-5 weeks
Shipping locations
We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, and internationally to Canada, the UK, Norway, Singapore and Australia. If you would like to purchase a Puzzling Pursuits game and are based outside these countries, feel free to email us with your inquiry at support@puzzlingpursuits.com.
